Holding space or creating a container/bubble for yourself is a valuable skill. When you do this for others it is truly a gift. Having this skill in your toolkit is deeply helpful when you or others are facing a life challenge. True space holding is a body-felt experience for the recipient. They feel your unconditional personal positive regard. There are several steps to creating a container/bubble. I will introduce them in this class. Your homework will be to practice them regularly – first with yourself and then with others as your skill grows.
