Healthy sleep is foundational to our overall health, yet many of us are not getting the sleep our bodies need for health and vibrance. Quality of sleep is as important as amount, and sleep difficulties can show up in many different forms from difficulties falling asleep to staying asleep.

Join us for an evening discussion where we will explore diet, lifestyle, and herbs that can help support healthy sleep: falling asleep, staying asleep, and waking feeling refreshed and rested.

There are many different causes for sleep difficulties, such as age related hormonal shifts, anxiety, stress, digestive issues, and more. We will look at these underlying factors and discuss simple steps you can take to support healthy sleep.

You will learn simple healthy sleep habits with a focus on herbs to easily incorporate into your daily routine to help you get your sleep cycles back on track.

Liane Moccia is clinical herbalist who helps people find natural solutions to their chronic health problems specializing in stress, anxiety, mood, energy and healthy sleep.

She believes our bodies are not supposed to feel exhausted, cranky, unfocused and scattered. Inspired by the wisdom of traditional use, yet heavily guided and supported by modern research, Liane combines herbs with lifestyle and dietary changes to help bring the body back into balance. Herbalism offers us an opportunity not just to feel well but to live well.

Liane spent close to 20 years in corporate marketing before delving into the healing powers of plants. She completed the Advanced Herbalist Intensive Certification program through Wintergreen Botanicals in NH and is currently working towards becoming an American Herbalist Guild Registered Herbalist.
