Through the functional medicine lens she transformed her health from bedridden chronic fatigue and knows that you too can get back to your full and vital state of being. She uses her background as personal trainer and health coach help you create the change you want to see in your life and bridge the gap between the knowing and the doing. Eva turned to nutrition and living a healthy lifestyle over 10 years ago hoping to find answers to her own health struggles including low energy and mood, IBS, PMS, skin problems and weight gain. After experiencing significant benefits Eva’s initial interest in healthy eating and lifestyle gradually turned into her passion and future career after receiving a degree in Nutrition Science from the Middlesex University, London UK.
Eva is inspired everyday by a strong desire to share her knowledge and clinical experience with people who need her help and are ready to take responsibility for their own health.
