About the Class: The Arvigo Technique of Maya Abdominal Therapy® are centered around the ancient Maya techniques, which reposition organs that have dropped and restricted flow of blood, lymph, nerve and energy within the body. As with any natural healing, these techniques seek to restore the body to its natural balance.
Based on her experience and training in massage, napropathy, herbology, and spiritual healing, Dr. Rosita Arvigo, DN developed these techniques which now bear her name. This modality incorporates a holistic approach to health care. Dr. Arvigo has now lived in Central America for other thirty years, where she studied with various traditional healers, the most notable being Don Eligo Panti, the renowned Maya Shaman of Belize.
